How can I make a request for a renovation project?

You may either input your service request and ZIP code in the free estimate box to submit your repair or remodeling project request. Enter all needed information on the project request page and click “Send Request.”

How long does it take for a contractor to call me after making a request?

If you’ve submitted a renovation request, your contractor will get in touch with you within 24 hours to set up an appointment. Within five days of meeting with your contractor, you should receive an estimate. Work on your project will start as soon as you approve the estimate. You can keep track of your project’s progress.

What if I’m unhappy with the results of my repair or renovation project or if my contractor fails to honor their workmanship warranty?

Contractor Connection’s Issue Settlement Department will help in the resolution process upon your request and after all efforts by you and the contractor to resolve a dispute have been exhausted.
